This cap exists because periods are still treated as something to manage quietly, privately, and preferably out of sight.

We don’t agree.

Wearing “on my period” isn’t about shock. It’s about honesty. About refusing to soften something that’s normal. About choosing visibility over silence.

And because visibility on its own isn’t enough, £5 from every cap goes to the Menstrual Health Project, supporting access to period care for people who need it most.

Made in collaboration with a female-owned, London-based embroidery business. Because how something is made matters just as much as what it says.

On my period.
And not hiding it.

We’re done pretending periods are private, polite, or something to keep quiet about.

Done with euphemisms. Done with shame.

This is Mooncup merch, finally: a cap that says what half the population experiences and society still finds awkward.

It puts periods where they belong. Out in the open. In everyday life. Not hidden. Not softened. Not apologised for.

More than just a cap.

Support stitched in.

Everything about this cap is intentional, from who it supports to what it says.

Supporting charity.

£5 from every cap funds menstrual health access through Freedom4Girls.

Supporting local businesses.

Embroidered by a female-owned London business, because who makes things matters.

Supporting visibility.

Putting periods back into everyday life, out in the open, unapologetically.

Wear it.
Fund change.

Freedom4Girls provides period products to people who can’t easily access them and delivers menstrual health education to communities across the UK and beyond.

They also campaign for better access and support, so no one is held back because of their period.

When you wear the hat, you’re not just starting conversations. You’re helping fund real, practical support for people who need it.
