That’s why we offer a bit of reassurance while you’re figuring it out. If, after 90 days of use, you’re not happy, we will give you a full refund. You can request a refund for up to 6 months from the date of purchase, as long as you can provide a proof of purchase from an authorised retailer.

The satisfaction guarantee only applies to Mooncup Beginner menstrual cups, Mooncup Original menstrual cups, and Mooncup period underwear bought online or in stores, excluding Amazon, who handle their own return and refund processes.

You’ll have up to six months from your purchase date to request a refund or alternative size. The guarantee can only be used once per customer.
We can only send out a new size to customers based in the UK.
The Satisfaction Guarantee applies to Mooncup Original and Mooncup Beginner cups and Mooncup Period Underwear bought from authorised retailers or from our website.
