PERIODS FOR BUSINESSES.
Better periods are our business.
- Because 3 in 5 people in the UK don’t have access to period products at work.
- Because half the population menstruates and still, free period care is treated like a luxury.
- Because that’s not just outdated - it’s a problem.
What we offer.

It’s not a nice-to-have.
It’s the bare minimum.
Period care is as essential as soap and toilet roll - and yet, most workplaces still don’t provide it.
Without it, this is the reality:
- 3 in 5 employees don’t have access to period products at work.
- 2 in 5 wear tampons longer than advised - increasing infection risk.
- 75% of women experience thrush at least once.
- Over 1 in 3 lie about why they take time off for period-related issues.
And under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, employers are legally required to protect the health, safety, and welfare of their employees.
The cost of doing nothing? Higher than you think.
We make it easy to do better.
Whether you're a team of 10 or 10,000 - we’ve got the kit (and the credibility).
TRUSTED PARTNERS.

Already ticked the box? Let’s do it better. Just because you offer period products doesn’t mean they’re the right ones.
Here’s why businesses switch to Mooncup:
Products full of plastics or SAPs.
Your team deserves better than petroleum-based pads and mystery materials.
Questionable sustainability claims.
If it’s “eco” but still wrapped in plastic - that’s not green, that’s greenwash.
Clunky, hard-to-maintain systems.
We offer flexible options that are easy to stock, restock, and actually look good in your loos.

Will people take more than they need?
Will people take more than they need?
When free period products are first introduced, it’s common to see slightly higher usage as people get used to the change. In our experience, this quickly settles into a regular, predictable pattern once employees trust that the products will always be available.
We’ve seen this first-hand in many workplaces: once that trust is built, people take only what they need.
Offering free period products helps create a supportive, respectful environment - every day of the month
Why do you not call them sanitary products, sanitary pads or sanitary towel dispensers?
Why do you not call them sanitary products, sanitary pads or sanitary towel dispensers?
We all call them period product waste disposal sanitary bins, so why don’t we talk about free sanitary products, bulk sanitary pads or sanitary towel dispensers?
Because the word sanitary suggests that periods and the products we use to manage them are somehow unclean. It’s a hangover from an outdated view of menstruation that we don’t subscribe to.
Periods aren’t dirty, and there’s nothing unsanitary about needing a pad, tampon, or cup. That’s why we stick to calling them menstrual products or period products because language matters.
It’s time.
You’ve already got hand soap and toilet paper. Period care should be just as standard.
