Subscription Details

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis. At each renewal, your credit card will be charged the applicable subscription fee along with any shipping and handling costs.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, simply log in to your account, navigate to the "Subscriptions" section, and click "Cancel" next to the item you wish to discontinue.

Cooling-Off Period (for EU customers): If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund within 14 days of placing your order. To exercise this right, please contact us at customercare@wearemooncup.com before the 14-day period expires.

• Please note that this right does not apply to any products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

 

Payment Information: The subscription fee charged at each renewal will reflect the current price displayed on our website at the time of renewal.

Notification of Changes: We will notify you of any changes to subscription pricing or terms at least 14 days prior to your next billing cycle.
