International Shipping: Mooncup ships internationally; however, some restrictions may apply based on local regulations. Deliveries outside of the UK and EU are subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Customers must cover any additional duties, taxes or charges for customs clearance applicable in their country; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Return Shipping Costs: If you wish to return your order, please note that customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you upon delivery at the specified shipping address.
