Mooncup began with a clear goal: to give people a healthier, sustainable way to manage their periods - no petroleum plastic, no irritants, no compromises. Back in 2002, we launched the world’s first medical grade silicone menstrual cup, pioneering a movement in period care that put health and the planet first.

We saw an industry where profit often came before people, where ingredients were hidden, and where plastics reigned. So, we made it our mission to challenge these norms and push for better.

Our vision is to be the world’s biggest period care brand. Not only are we listed in Sainsbury’s, Boots, Holland & Barrett and Look Fantastic, but we’re also partnered with a growing range of workplaces, gyms and hotels (such as Canva, Danone, Gymshark, Claridges) to give their employees, guests and members free access in their bathrooms.

We’re still leading the change in period care, using only science-backed ingredients that are actually good for your vagina. Because at Mooncup, we believe your period products should work with your body - not against it.

Key responsibilities

We are looking for you to lead, scale, and optimise Mooncup’s workplace program with full strategic and operational accountability, positioning menstrual health as a central pillar of workplace wellbeing across the UK and international markets.

  • Program Ownership:

    Design and execute an industry-leading workplace wellbeing program that normalises and prioritises menstrual health in the workplace.
    Tailor offerings by geography, sector and size of business ensuring operational nuances are embedded.

  • End-to-End Business Development:

    Ensure an active and scalable sales pipeline
    Establish pricing strategies from SME to enterprise-level partnerships.

  • Operations & Tooling:

    Build and oversee onboarding, support, and retention workflows for workplaces.
    Deploy, manage, and optimise tools like CRM and CS systems to ensure smooth programme delivery.
    Create feedback loops for continuous program improvement

  • Partnerships:

    Evaluate and enhance existing partnerships to drive deeper impact, distribution, and value creation.
    Identify and onboard new strategic partners that reinforce the value proposition.

  • P&L Ownership, commercialisation and value proposition:

    Hold full financial accountability for the workplace business line including reporting performance to the executive team.
    Build and maintain commercial models to ensure competitive pricing, maximum value delivery and ensuring financial sustainability.
    Maintain market intelligence on competitor offerings, benefits budgets, and customer needs.

  • Product Development & Innovation:

    Define and launch new B2B and workplace-focused products and formats based on customer feedback, market trends, and strategic vision.
    Work across multiple functions to ensure successful development and rollout of new and optimised offerings. You will work closely with all departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • B2B Marketing & Communications:

    Own and evolve the corporate marketing stack, including lead generation tools, workflows, and assets.
    Develop and implement targeting strategies for the wide variety of decision makers including HR leaders, DEI teams, and workplace wellbeing champions.

  • Spokesperson & Thought Leadership

    Act as the champion of our workplace wellbeing mission.
    Monitor and promote standards, regulations and legislation that enhance menstrual health in the workplace
    Represent Mooncup at panels, press opportunities, podcasts, and partner events.
    Share thought leadership via content, whitepapers, and strategic partnerships to grow brand equity in the workplace wellbeing space.

Ideal candidate profile

About You

  • Proven track record in P&L ownership, and high-growth environments. Experience in workplace benefits is a plus.
  • Excellent communicator with experience across sales, ops, product, and strategy
  • Deep understanding of workplace wellbeing, or corporate health benefits
  • Strong commercial instincts and data-driven decision-making
  • You must have a genuine passion for our mission - we are looking for someone with a commercial head but an activist's heart, who can demonstrate their passion for health equity, sustainability, menstrual and women's health.
